Delete in the app
Open Profile
Sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Data and privacy
Choose the account data settings.
Select Delete account and cloud data
Read the warning and confirm the irreversible action.
Request deletion without the app
Send the request from the email used for Climbing Diary. We may ask for confirmation to prevent unauthorised deletion.
What is deleted
The request covers Firebase Authentication, profile data, synced climbing data and account-related social data where deletion does not remove records owned by other participants. Local-only data can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Export first if you need a copy.
Subscription is not cancelled automatically
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
Timing and exceptions
Requests are normally completed within 30 days. Records required for transactions, security or legal compliance may be retained for the necessary period. See the Privacy Policy.
