1. Service
Climbing Diary provides climbing logs, sessions, projects, analytics and, with Premium, social and coach features. It is not medical advice, professional coaching or a climbing safety assessment.
2. Trial and plans
- Trial Premium: seven days, no automatic charge.
- Lifetime Local Pro: one-time local access on the supported Google Play account, without cloud or social features.
- Premium: automatically renewing monthly or yearly subscription with cloud and social features.
3. Billing and cancellation
Google Play displays the final price, currency, taxes, period and offer terms before purchase. Premium renews until cancelled in Google Play. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play rules and applicable law. Restore purchases using the same Google Play account.
4. Account
An account is required for Trial Premium and Premium. You are responsible for accurate details, password security and account activity. Harassment, spam, unauthorised access and infringement of others' rights are prohibited.
5. Your content and local backups
You retain rights to your entries and media and grant only the technical permission needed to store, sync and display them through selected features. Lifetime Local Pro data exists only on your device; export backups regularly because it cannot be restored after device loss or data clearing.
6. Availability
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, connectivity or platform changes. Cloud features stop when Premium expires. Cloud data may be retained for up to 12 months for renewal or export as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Climbing safety, changes and contact
Climbing and strength training involve risk. App insights are informational; you remain responsible for training, equipment, belaying, conditions and health decisions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
